I dealt with Phil Jackson from ordering to delivery. By telephone and email. He was very helpful and friendly, sent me swatches to help with my choice. Gave me advice.
I am pleased with my stools and with the service received.
Would definitely look at Woods in the future.

I had an issue with the initial delivery of my six Ripley dining chairs (some were damaged in transit) but Beth in Customer Services couldn't have been more helpful. She was absolutely determined to resolve my issue ASAP and as a result, I ended up being an extremely happy customer. First class service! Many thanks.

I bought 6 gorgeous dining chairs from Woods recently and there was an issue with one of them... A quick email to Bethany and it was sorted! She arranged for a new chair to be delivered and the faulty (slightly faulty!) Chair to be collected from my house. All within a few days. Bethany is fantastic! And I would highly recommend Woods and their products and service. Thank you!

Good service from Woods and happy with what we purchased. There was a problem with one of the chairs we bought and despite initial confrontational phone calls, once passed over to their Customer Services department the problem was quickly resolved.

We had spent around two years intermittently looking, unsuccessfully, for a good quality sofa suited to our needs before we visited Woods. What a range - and what patient and knowledgeable sales men and women!
Our eventual choice was carefully delivered well within the stated time and, several weeks later, Woods advised us that we were still £500 in credit and that they would like to repay it - which they quickly and cheerfully did!
How reassuring to find that good old fashioned service still exists,

Order chairs from this company and then ordered bar stools to match. Great service. Had an issue with one of the bar stools and it was replaced and they could not have handled the problem better. Arranged everything for the new delivery and to collect the damaged stool. Really was amazing service.

I finally found bar stools that were the correct height & style that weren't leather for our island. On ordering, it was confirmed they could take up to 4 weeks before delivery, 2 weeks later delivery confirmed!, amazing! The stools arrived very well packaged so not a mark or scratch in sight. The only downside what fitting the seat to the base as the metal base to screw into was slightly warped but with a bit of jiggle we managed to screw it together without issue and so no need to contact for a replacement. The stools are perfect, turning mechanism is very smooth and look amazing.

Furniture was reasonably priced against competitors, and delivery was reasonably quick. No complaints, and the product arrived in mint condition

Had a swatch for the teal fabric sent so we could get true reflection of the colour. Went ahead and ordered 2 teal and 4 chalk. Really pleased with them, and the swivel chairs are really smooth to operate.
Had one issue with one of the chairs screw bolts, but sent photos and a couple of emails to Bethany in customer support and a replacement was arranged very quickly.

Very helpful, checked the legs were in the box before I left as we weren't sure. Also carried it out to the car with me. Overall a great experience.

The products came as planned and were good quality. We bought some bar stools and they matched with out dining chairs. The swivel mechanism is smooth and so far so good.

There was no damage on delivery which is great, the only downside was the sheer amount of packaging and polystyrene just went everywhere as it was thin and had been broken in places. Not a big deal, but when you just want to get them fitted, having to deal with the all the wrapping and bits of packaging is a bit of a nightmare. Took 15mins to fix the stools, took a full hour to unpack and clean up.

But overall good experience with a company I've used for the first time.
